Freecycle is, but you should see if there is a local group in your area. Usually, I am not quick enough but Thursday night I saw a posting for a Power Wheels Pontiac Solstice and I jumped on it for Gaius. Check out his new ride:
It seems a bit too soon for driving lessons, but to our surprise, he pretty quickly started getting the hang of the car. Of course, he still needs to practice, but the sheer joy on his face is priceless. He kept begging to go back outside and play with his "Monster Jam"...
