The plan was that Tal's dad was coming over, dressed as Barney, with cupcakes. We missed Barney, since Talya was so frightened, he had to go away. After he left she proudly told everyone that Barney had visited her on her birthday. Anyway, we made it in time for the important part: cupcakes!!
